A builder-and-agency property portal with map-and-filter search, project micro-sites, agent profiles and a listings-and-leads dashboard the sales team runs day to day.

Aarv Estates was running three disconnected spreadsheets and a slow WordPress site. Enquiries were lost, and locality pages did not rank.
What we built
- Faceted search — price, BHK, property type, possession status and map-radius
- SEO locality and project landing pages generated from the listings data
- Agent and builder profiles with per-agent enquiry routing
- Admin dashboard for listings, media, leads and site-visit scheduling
- Every enquiry pushed to WhatsApp and email within seconds
In the first quarter after launch, organic locality traffic grew and the team stopped losing enquiries to slow follow-up.
